Emails, chats and messages in school board-assigned Google accounts with a creation date of two or more years will be permanently deleted effective Friday, January 31, 2020. Note: Google Drive files are safe and will not be deleted.

Important emails may be backed up to Google Drive by:

Print > Save a PDF > Upload to Drive.
