Report Cards 
  • Final Report Cards not yet picked up will be distributed on the first day of classes, Tuesday, September 8. Alternatively, report cards may be picked up from the main office beginning the week of August 31.
Diplomas
  • Diplomas not yet picked up will be available for pick up starting August 31.  Pick up times may be arranged for July 13-16 and July 20-24 for graduates who don’t want to wait until the end of August. To arrange a pick up time frame, please email the school at sss@wrdsb.ca or call 519-621-5920 ext 5501.
Main Office and Guidance Office
  • The school offices will be closed for the summer from Friday, July 10 through Friday, August 31. The school voicemail and email will be monitored throughout the summer, sss@wrdsb.ca
START UP 2026-2027:
Timetables and Timetable Changes
  • Timetables will be emailed directly to students on Thursday, September 3 and Friday, September 4.
  • Timetable changes may be made by appointment with the student’s guidance counsellor during the first 2 weeks of school. Appointment sign ups begin on the first day of school. Students are asked to attend their assigned classes until their timetable change is complete.
Start Up Forms and Important Dates
  • The annual electronic start up forms will be available on School Day to be completed by families starting on Monday, August 31st.
  • The annual data verification form will be distributed to students on Monday, September 14th to be reviewed and signed by a parent/legal guardian and returned to the school.
  • The first day of school is Tuesday, September 8th.
  • Photo Day will take place on Thursday, September 10th.
