Before we head into summer, here are some important notes and reminders:

• • The exam period runs from Friday, June 19 to Wednesday, June 24. Students with exams or assessments should be in class at 8:10 with the exams beginning promptly at 8:20. Detailed exam information, including a complete schedule, can be found here. 

• • Lockers must be cleared and locks taken home by Wednesday, June 24. Our custodial staff clean the lockers over the summer, so any locks left will be removed and contents donated, so please make sure your locker is cleared out by the 24th.

• • Report cards and diplomas will be available for pick up Tuesday, July 7 and Wednesday, July 8. Any remaining report cards will be included in student start up packages on the first day of school in September.

• • Yearbooks for the 2025-2026 school year are available for pre-order on School Day until July 6 or cash in the main office until June 24th. There will be an additional opportunity to order again at the beginning of September, and throughout the school year. We are expecting the yearbooks to arrive at the school in September.  We will notify students and families once they arrive.

• • The school and guidance offices will be closed from July 10 and will reopen on August 31. School email and voicemail will be monitored over the summer.

• • Timetables will be emailed to students by Thursday, September 3. Please note that timetable changes require an appointment with your guidance counsellor. Appointment sign ups will be available on September 8.
