WELCOME TO SOUTHWOOD’S 2026 GRADE 12 PROM
This Year’s Theme: Roaring ‘20s
Ticket sales will be held in the front foyer from May 7 to 20. Dance contracts can be picked up from the front office. Tickets are $90 each and non-refundable.
Ticket Sales
Students may not purchase prom tickets until all of the following requirements are met:
- Students must have a valid 2025–2026 student I.D. (Physical card or Digital I.D. with a checkmark)
- If a student does not have a student I.D. (i.e. Annual Student Fee has been padi), they must purchase one on a school day or speak with office staff before buying a ticket.
- Any guests from Southwood or other high schools must also have a valid student card.
- Every student must complete a prom dance contract with a parent/guardian signature (unless the student is 18 years old).
- Students bringing a guest must submit a completed guest contract.
- Guest students from Southwood must have their Vice Principal or Principal sign their dance contract.
Any allergies or dietary restrictions should be communicated to the Prom Committee when purchasing tickets or emailed directly to kathy_dinh@wrdsb.ca
There are no physical tickets for this event. Students will receive a confirmation email closer to the date. All students and guests will be added to a list and checked off upon entry to the venue.

Start/End Time: 7:00 PM – 10:00 PM | Doors Close at 7:30 PM| NO RE-ENTRY.
Required for Students and Guests:
- A student card and/or ID to enter the venue
- No Coat Check
- Review Contract and School Code of Conduct

- Candy Table: Prom Committee
- Catering services: Chef D (Buffet Style)
- Pasta, Sliders, Desserts, and a variety of soft drinks
