Southwood School Council, in partnership with Cedar Creek’s School Council is excited to invite you to Cedar Creek’s library on Wednesday February 25th from 6:30 – 7:45pm to a parent evening with Sarah Westbrook. She will be speaking on “Nurturing Emotional Resilience in your Kids”. She will present strategies to help caregivers support their children:
- Navigating emotions
- Strengthen their confidence and resilience
- Communicate with empathy, respect & kindness
- Master the skill of making character-based choice
