REPORT CARDS for QUADMESTER 4
Report cards for Quad 4 will be mailed out to each student’s home address by the end of this week.
IMPORTANT UPDATE – Collection of textbooks and other learning materials from the 2020/2021 school year PLUS Quad 4 Report Card Information
Families may drop off any of the below listed items this week from 8:00 – 3:00, Monday, July 5 – Thursday, July 8
- Textbooks
- Library Books or Classroom Books
- Art Supplies
- Music Supplies
- GRADE 12 students only – Chromebooks. (Grade 9-11 students are asked not to return their chromebooks each summer as they are on loan with the school for the entire time that they attend Southwood School). Graduating students who did not attend the grad celebration may also pick up their grad gift box and keepsake folder at this time.
If possible, please identify with tape or a sticky note, the name of the student on the item(s) that you are returning.
When you arrive at the school, please go to the front entrance. We will be set up to collect all materials that are being dropped off. If you have a grad box to collect, please call the main office (519-621-5920) and your items will be brought out to you.
