The January exam schedules were distributed in homeroom on Thursday, December 11, 2014.
It is the responsibility of the student to be present at the required time as indicated on the timetable.
The exam period is Friday, January 23rd – Thursday, January 29th, 2015, inclusive. There will be two exam slots per day.
Exams start at 8:15 a.m. and 12:15 p.m.
If any student has a conflict they are to come to the main office. All conflicts must be reported to the office prior by Friday, January 9th.
A conflict constitutes:
- 2 exams in the same time slot
- 2 exams that overlap due to the length of the first exam
Students that have informed the office that they have a conflict will receive a conflict resolution slip in January.
Another change for this year, there is no longer an Ayr mid-day bus run. Buses will run at the normal pick up and departure times during the exam period.
