As the school year comes to a close, here is some helpful information for our students and their families:

• Lockers will be reassigned for the new school year. All students must empty their lockers and take their lock home by noon on Wednesday, June 25th. As part of the summer deep clean of the school, locks remaining on lockers will be removed and contents discarded. If an emergency arises which prevents a student from cleaning out their locker in time, please contact the school.

• Final Report Cards will be available for pick up at the school on Tuesday, July 8th and Wednesday, July 9th. Graduates will also be able to pick up their diplomas on these dates.

• The school offices will be closed for the summer from Friday, July 11 through Friday, August 22. The school voicemail and email will be monitored throughout the summer.

• Timetables will be emailed directly to students on Thursday, August 28th and Friday, August 29th.
• Timetable changes will be made by appointment with the student’s guidance counsellor during the first 2 weeks of school. Appointment sign ups begin in the Guidance Office on the first day of school. Students are asked to attend their assigned classes until their timetable change is complete.

Start Up Packages

• We will not be hosting a start up package distribution in August. Instead, packages will be distributed in class on the first day of school, Wednesday, September 3rd.
