Here is some important information as we move from Quadmester 2 to 3.

Today, the Ministry of Education, in consultation with local Public Health has informed the WRDSB that we will remain closed until at least February 10th pending further information. For clarity, the earliest the WRDSB will be able to welcome students back to in person learning is Thursday February 11, 2021.

Quadmester 2

Monday February 1st and Tuesday February 2nd — “ Instructional Support Days”. 

(These “catch-up” days allow students to catch up on missed work and have additional opportunities to show evidence of their learning. Please check each Google Classroom for details about what students are doing on those days. )

Wednesday February 3rd – PD Day 

Report Cards Distribution Will happen during the week of February 16th. If students are back in the building they will be distributed by cohort to their classes.  Alternately, if students continue to learn remotely, report cards will be mailed home. 

Quadmester 3 

Thursday  February 4th – First Day of Quadmester 3

Q3 Courses Can be viewed through students’ My Way account https://myway.wrdsb.ca/

Students will be contacted by their Quadmester 3 Course 1 teacher by email/google classroom by the PD day February 3. Please respond to the teacher’s email to let them know you got the information.

Cohorts – students will remain in the same cohort that they were for Q2 unless they have already had 2 way communication with the school this week and were notified of a change in cohort.

DLP – Distant Learning Students – can expect to be contacted by their Q3 teachers by Wednesday, February 3rd. Please check your school gmail and Google Classroom early next week, as students are asked to reply to their teacher.
